Yes, happy Thanksgiving to our Canadian friends!

Do you folks have the same turkey dinner tradition as those south of the border?

Happy Thanksgiving to my terrific CanBros and your families. I'm personally thankful that I've met some great friends north of our border.

Best wishes...JJ

Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

   Do you guys eat cranberries with your turkey, like us! I don't think they get them easily in England.

Today was Columbus day in the USA! No Mailman, but everybody else works!!

Yes Thanksgiving, a time when the house is always full of people and we rush to get the Trailer winterized and the boat out of the water. We have a severe weather warning on today and are expecting a big dup of snow so I am thankful we had a long weekend to get ready

   Here in the USSA we have thanksgiving in the 3rd thursday of november, and I was wondering, Why so early for Canadians. That answered it!

Actually Billy the reasons we celebrate Thanksgiving earlier are to:
1) Ensure there is an ample supply of turkey and cranberries for us first;
2) Cheaper airfare; and
3) Our CFL season ends sooner than the NFL.

Actually ours signifies the celebration of the harvest, which unfortunately for most of Canada comes before that of the US[S]A.

I had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I had a side that didn't survive the bender but I am still thankful. Looks like fall is here as we are looking for minus Temperatures (celcius) tonight! Thanks for the great postings on the OLF.
